Originally developed in China as a very effective martial art, today, most of the millions of people that practice Tai Chi do so for its health benefits which include stress reduction, balance improvement, well-being, and healing the body. Its slow, soothing movements incorporate deep breathing, and relaxing postures that cleanse the mind and body each time you go through the gentle movements.
